This growth includes two facilities with over 100,000 sq. ft. of production space.
Melissa has over 13 years experience in operations and Human Resources, mostly with Caterpillar, a Fortune 500 company, and ThyssenKrupp. She has held multiple management positions in production, logistics and Human Resources. Melissa has specialized in performance management and improvement systems. She has provided leadership towards the achievements of an organization’s mission, strategy and objectives.
